The Workshop 5 Pilot Program took place from March 25 to March 27, 2025, in
Sarajevo. The agenda began on day 1 with introductory sessions, a pre-survey, and
presentations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Federal Ministry of
Health regarding transcultural competence in healthcare. Afternoon sessions focus on
teaching methodologies such as the "4 step Peyton" and OSCE.
Day 2 continued with further workshops on teaching methodologies and the first part of
the Pilot Program Development Process.
Day 3, involved the finalization of the program design, completing a post-survey, and
concluded with a Steering Committee meeting where there were discussed project
progress
