The activity was organized as a three-day final conference and workshop held from
15–17 December 2025 at “Džemal Bijedić” University of Mostar, Bosnia and
Herzegovina, bringing together all TCCWB project partners. The programme started
with the arrival of participants on the first day, followed by a full working agenda on the
second day, including registration, an official welcome and introduction to the project,
and comprehensive presentations by partner institutions from Albania, Bosnia and
Herzegovina, FAMI, SMOC, as well as EU partners from Belgium and Finland. These
sessions provided an overview of achieved results, national and institutional
experiences, and key contributions to the project. The day concluded with a wrap-up
session focused on discussion, reflection, and recommendations for the finalization of
the project. The final day was dedicated to reviewing the progress of the pilot project,
outlining next steps, and holding a Steering Committee meeting to address project
progress, challenges, and future activities, concluding with a farewell lunch and
departure of participants.
